The scalloped rim is richly embellished with gilt and iron-red arabesque ornamentation, framing a serene landscape scene. Delicately raised enamel cherry blossoms cascade across arching branches, their petals softly tinted in blush and ivory with luminous yellow centers. Swallows in mid-flight animate the tranquil composition, gliding above a mist-washed lakeside with distant mountains and a solitary willow.

The surface reveals subtle tonal shading and fine brush control characteristic of high-quality Yokohama atelier work. Gilded detailing along the border retains strong presence, enhancing the visual depth and contrast of the composition.
